Staying at the hotel provided us with a luxurious experience in Lhasa, with spacious and beautifully designed rooms. The service was exceptional, making us feel welcomed throughout our stay. However, we did find the dining experience underwhelming, and the layout of the property could be inconvenient due to the scattered buildings. Overall, it's a good option for those seeking comfort and luxury despite some drawbacks.

Our room was incredibly spacious, featuring a separate sitting area that opened to a beautiful courtyard view. The king-sized bed was comfortable, ideal for our needs, but I wish we could have had a choice of additional beds as we had our family in mind.

However, there are several drawbacks, including language barriers and some service inconsistencies that make it not quite up to the St. Regis standard.
